On-Line ATC Suite

ATC is a real-time available transfer capability monitoring system that determines and monitors real-time ATC based on actual operating conditions from on-line data, and provide effective controls for ATC enhancement. It applies on-line ATC calculation techniques on SCADA or wide-area measurement data (PMU-based).
